The topics of this training program are tolerances and fits as well as shape- and positional tolerances (acc. to DIN 2257).
Tolerances
Explanation of general- and ISO-Tolerances. The selection principles are illustrated by examples and deepened by exercises, also the selection of appropriate devices is teached.
Fits
Distinction of clearance fits, transition fits and overmeasure, illustrated by practice-oriented applications. The fit systems of „basic hole“ and „basic shaft“ are being explained in an understandable way and complemented by calculation examples.
Shape- and Positional Tolerances
After their explanation, the effects of shape- and positional deviations are described by examples. Description of test procedures and selection of testing equipment.

Controlling of the course objectives is strengthening the training targets.
